Check it out. It's built by some poster on a forum that I frequent.

You can manipulate images on your computer, and then send them over to Glowphoto or Imageshack.us for hosting. It may be handy for some people here.

Plus it's free. I haven't used it yet so I don't know if it adds any branding/ads. I know imageshack does.

Ben, what does it do that a photo editing program that comes with your computer does not? What is its usefulness, is it for people that do not have an editing program?

I believe it is for those who don't have one. What is nice about it is that they could ask questions and everyone could help out on answering them. If they had their own editor there is a chance that nobody here would have the same one.
