Really! I haven't seen a milk snake in the pines yet. Did you see all eight in roughly the same area? (probably best not to disclose that area though).
Sorry for the delay in replying. I was in Tx. in search of alterna. I've seen all the milks in roughly the same 5 mile range. Also, as far as the N.J. coastals being intergrades in sketchy at best as they have a completely different look than e. milks and both are different in the blotches, especially if you look at the sides of the snakes.
