Snow coming next week?

Today was amazing. I know the snow is not everybody's cup of tea, but I love it, and it's when the pines look the most magical to me. It's been years since a really nice snowstorm like today. The roads were even clear. I took the day off just to enjoy it.
Got at least 6" here. Looking at it this morning, I feel bad for anyone that didn't move snow yesterday while was still possible.
I didn't move anything yesterday but don't feel bad for me. Not interested in clearing my 800 foot driveway as long as my car can get through it. Snow thrower is still drained and sitting in storage, not worth getting it out for 6" of snow.

I was driving north on 563 early this afternoon when oncoming cars started flashing their lights at me. I wasn't sure why they were doing that. Perhaps they were warning me of the police running radar? As I approached a curve in the road where the cranberry bogs are, about 3-4 miles south of Chatsworth, I saw about a 100-200 yard section of the road was covered in ice and blowing snow. I thought, “Wow, that’s dangerous. If somebody comes around that curve too fast they’re going to slide right off the road on that ice.“ The cars flashing their lights at me were trying to warn me of the approaching danger.
Three hours later I was heading back south on 563. As I approached the icy curve I had driven over earlier, I saw a state police car had the road blocked. Beyond that police car was a sea of flashing red lights. A car slid off the road on that icy patch and crashed head on into a telephone pole, knocking the telephone pole over and scattering electrical wires on the road. It was a small car. Hopefully the driver and any passengers survived.

Yes. I had to turn around and take 72 to get to the parkway. A minor inconvenience compared to the unfortunate people who had the accident.
Boyd, I wonder if you have previously considered talking to Ben about making a New Forum titled "Local Weather". Maybe put one rarely used in the background to make space? I wanted to post the radar image below and comment on it, but I had a hard time remembering where the weather threads went to.
I was wondering if the pale yellow spot in this shot from the NWS is our local radar now. There's an army tower at Whiting they may have put a radar on top.

There's also KDOX which is supposed to be at Dover AFB in Delaware, but is actually South of there in Ellendale State Forest at the location shown below. I generally use that site for my part of NJ as it does a much better job of showing storms that approach from the South.

If you go to that link and click the weather button in the toolbar (sun icon) it will show radar from that station. My simple nexrad app shows a composite of all the stations in the US, which is convenient but not as clear as only viewing one station. I thought about adding a function to show specific stations in the nexrad app and wrote about half of the code, but didn't follow through. Sometimes the data didn't seem to be available and I doubt there's much interest anyway.

I have the coordinates for all of the US NEXRAD stations. Could export them as a .gpx file and post here if you'd like.
No thanks Boyd. I'm not that interested. I was only wondering if that was Whiting. I never knew, I thought it was still Mount Holly.
Pretty sure the radar has been there for a long time, if you look at the aerials the tower first appears in 1995. Was it ever in Mount Holly? That's where the NWS forecast office for the Philadelphia area is located.

That would (more or less) fit with the establishment of the NEXRAD operations center in 1988
"In 1988, the NEXRAD Agencies established the WSR-88D (Weather Surveillance Radar - 1988 Doppler) Radar Operations Center (ROC) in Norman, Oklahoma."
