I will take a very wild guess and say the Blue Anchor Fire Tower. Another wild guess is that you stood in the island across from the Smoky the Bear sign to take the photo. Between the two roads.

However, I don't see any power lines so if I am correct you did some serious maneuvering to take it. I suspect I may be very wrong.
