Sorry, both incorrect. But it is or I should say was a cranberry bog.

Teegate, is it the backside of Parker Preserve by the cedar plantings? I only know of two places were the cedar posts for the fences are still standing and that is one of them.

Give a clue. Is it within 2.5 miles as the crow flies of the intersection of 563 and Savoy Blvd?

No it is not. The road in the photo is closed off and is accessed by foot only.

A clue to it's "general" location is "pennies." (Jessica's clue) You have to be a long time member of the site for that clue most likely.

The property is historic but most people would not think of this area of the property as historic. And FYI I have been told by the former owner of the property that his dad told him there was at one time a wooden windmill close by where the photo was taken at.

Eminent domain in the 60s.

FBI

Piece of crap gun.

They are tough clues and the place is semi unremarkable.

It is part of the Rider Wilkinson Bogs which was originally Hampton Furnace. This section was purchased after that and that is why I mentioned most people don't think of this section as historic.

I was not looking for stones today. I was checking out other locations.

I almost said Hampton furnace because of the gun. Was that about the payroll robbery you were alluding to?
