I don't know if it's possible to get on the near side of it, but if it is i think you could tie a cable to the right side of it and swing it around the stump, and then. Even if the big stump remains in place it looks like enough room to drive around it on the right. From the far side, though, the tree would block that maneuver and you'd have to try to drag the stump around. You could chainsaw your way through it too if u didn't care about the noise.
