    I'd almost put money on it being from a lightning strike. My front window faces that direction. I watched a storm build near atsion and head in that direction last evening. The outflow from the cloud tops was impressive.

    I'd be surprised if I got more then 3/4" total. Everything skirted by either north or south. They'd very local though. A mile in either direction my friends got pounded.

    I spent the day on the the Banegat Bay right behind IBSP. On three occasions a SP circled and went up and down the park. At one time I we heard sirens from the beach on the other side. They are spending a lot on resources keeping people out this weekend.
