I get them on house phone (yea, still have one... talk to my wife) I was getting so many I started adding the numbers from caller ID to my blocked calls list. That did away with them completely for awhile but now get them occasionally again. Going to look into that link now, thanks

Didn't see a good map but eyeballing it there's not much of Wharton in Winslow compared to Waterford. Only thing I can come up with is population, Winslow is over 3x more populated than others.
