i travel from swedesboro. 1.25 hours. its worth it.

we have been going to Lake Oswego. kayaking, dogs, kids and can even have a grill. take a trash bag to help clean up. maintenance comes out 3 times a week, but some times that's not enough. Harrisonville lake is another spot.

it broke when i was there Tues. 7 more miles for water at lower forge :( i tied orange to it to maybe alert ranger. told Batsto Wed. morn.

got it down to a 100 yd circle. that's a lot of ground to cover to find a buried ammo box :)

it is about 6-7. the coverage is off and on, but the white sand reflects the heat. atleast you will be near water the whole trip. i hate bugs. i would be more worried about ticks and chiggers. have something with a bug net at night. have fun. its a nice leisurely walk. im doing the Batona Trail...
