Hopefully that is just an advertisement. I recall this same phenomenon in 2005-2007, lots of development and then market implosion. Then things stalled really until post Covid. I expect a similar 2008-2009 economic implosion in the next 16 months.

I noticed the sunoco I go to on 206 suddenly closed and has not reopened. I wonder if it’s because there will be a wawa close by. Also I was told by someone in the know that atco raceway will be a catepillar manufacturing site of some sort. The area is changing and I don’t like it.

I think I saw you out there if you have a white truck just past Indian mills pig roast heading towards oak shade. The smoke was bad then but only up to around the pits. It has consistently been Smokey there but not much elsewhere. Mrs Miller property is really a beautiful pieces of land.

They were back behind there last night at the trailer park. Seems like a long ways away to backfire though. The stream is narrow there but I cant imagine it could jump. There is also a road/trail that hugs that area and up to the trailer park. Seems like overkill, but who knows.

Lol correct, there isn’t a firebreak to be seen in the whole area above the dune and damn near out to Atsion road and the power line cut. It’s tough exploring out there because of it.

They controlled burned that whole area last few years so shouldn’t be too much to burn.

Very Smokey at my house, looks like there is a fire behind the dragway but drove by and couldn’t see much smoke. Lots of smoke by the pit on Atsion though and fire trucks behind the trailer park.
