Guy Was this on the western side of sandy causeway? This road is one of my favorites to ride, some real nice spots from the fire a while back.

You had to go further west down the tracks, another .5-1 mile I’d say if you were at pinecrest.

Really is highly unusual. Box turtles are usually down once they hibernate and don’t become active until late March/early April. They may move around within a leaf pile or whatever they hibernate in but it’s very odd to see them moving across roads or across a forest.

Very bizzare for that little box turtle to be moving. Likely was laid on side of road an hibernated in its nest. Rains and Wednesday warm weather must have brought it up. Still very weird though.

Oh great so the pit down the street from my house, oh great. Really hope none of this takes off, changes the culture of an area.

Both situations someone briefly left there car/atv to check something and didn’t seem to return. Very odd

This reminds me of the hunter that went missing in a similar area. Items that you think they would take left at the car/atv. Becoming very disturbing.

Also the timber sheds will clearly have chevrons on it, you can’t miss them. Pines will have circles but usually very dirty looking. Corns will have distinct 0 on them and kings you will see the horizontal lines.

Timbers get a bit beat up out in the pines, but that one is ok. Glad we didn’t completely waste your time Guy.

Menantico has been getting abused for years. Kinda crazy they would shut it all down but not suprised.

It’s one of the more interesting time periods I’ve witnessed in all my years of watching financial markets. There was obviously a huge migration back to cities over the last 10 years or so. That is now reversing and people are moving back out of cities but it’s happening at warp speed...

There is massive inflation caused be fed and wealth effect of stock market. Combine all that with many people now leaving the cities and a lack of inventory and you have skyrocketing prices. I believe it’s temporary and will normalize over time. We will likely see a massive stock market crash...

Only eat toads which I think are also in decline due to pollution and other factors. hognoses need open areas and benefit from forest fires and cleared areas. I would only see 6-12 hogs a year while spending 20 hours a week in the pines. I certainly would see far more pines, timbers, corns...

I feel they are one of those snakes in major decline. They should be far more widespread and seen. Very cool snake.
