It's $3 a night per person now, inflation and all. The park offices make me nuts with the permits, they won't give them to you ahead of time (even when you've paid for them), and they close at 4. Who can get out there by 4 on a Friday?

In the past, I've usually gone with the iodine pills, because I have no patience with filters. I'm saving for one of the squeeze pouch ones that have come out the last few years, no moving parts to break! Some buddies have been raving about the UV light ones, super easy and they work quickly.
