Buzby's is in too good of a condition to knock down and redevelop. Remember, it's about $500k for the building, so you'd have to knock it down and be able to build something in it's place to make that money back plus a profit. Nice. I just wish they scanned the maps at a higher resolution. I just looked at a historical map of Princeton to see who owned the land my apartment is on and even at max zoom I couldn't read the text. Same thing with a map of Burlington County I looked at.

I think he makes a good point. It'd be hard to be profitable in that store with a half million dollar mortgage payment over your head. Property prices in Chatsworth are ridiculously out of control.

I sold my old Garmin GPSMap 76CS and want to find a replacement. I figure that I carry my iPhone 4 around with me everywhere so rather than spend $200+ on a dedicated GPS I'd probably be better off just getting a GPS app for the phone. I'm basically only looking to be able to create waypoints...
