Parker has had problems in only a few small areas. Mostly along the tracks, a few areas of concern near Apple Pie Hill and in the northern sections. It was mostly local kids on quads. Parker's back roads are cabled off and difficult to get around.

Most waterways associated with early industry are contaminated with heavy metals. I can easily think of at least ten major waterways and two canals in NJ that have posted warnings.

I see a fledgling Mourning Dove in the nest. The adults will also fake an injury to draw a predator away and how the young bird freezes in the nest is typical from my experiences.

Those are Buck Moth caterpillars which are a stinging variety.
