Ben and Guy,
Do you know the photo that shows up in the banner that has 3 guys walking down the road? I think its from "3 river crossing" and that its me, Jeff(?) and Paul(?). Who owns that photo, I'd like to get a copy of it.
thanks........
I noted that the canal to the Pleasant Mills Pond is the one you and I walked, right?
PS: I'm confused. Was that Joseph Ball's New Pond? I though that was many years earlier.
Unbelievable. People need to be fired. Pull that money back.
Put me in charge. I'd make us all suffer. Very badly suffer. The banks and the rich the most, but all of us. For 2-3 years. I'd tax the hell out of everybody to pay off the debt. Then I'd start 400 plants nationwide making solar...

Halfway, carters' stop 1817 (0)
Because it was halfway to a certain point from the interior to the shore, essentially a stop for carters who, halfway through their journey, ate their lunches and rested at this point; an early name for Old Halfway...
Ben,
Your last two posts were right on target. I agree with them completely with one small exception. We don't know how bad it will get. It seems to me that printing more and more money without some of us feeling pain by making sacrifices is going to make things worse.
It was most excellant! Howard's two home runs with men on base, Jayson Werth's home run with men on base, and especially Joe Blanda's home run made the place go crazy. 45,900 fans and a 10 to 2 score really had that place rocking! It was the best game I have ever been to. I am still hoarse from...
