#131 looks similar to wormwood / mugwort (Artemisia var.

#132 is a mullein. They are biennial and in their second year send up a tall (4-6 ft.) stem filled with pale yellow flowers. The basal leaves also stay soft and fuzzy. It is reputed that the Native Americans used them to line their moccasins....? When you see a mature specimen along a roadside - you will recognize it. The downy woodpeckers have a field day with them in the fall. There is a large solitary one at the west entrance guardrail to Bel Haven paddlesports. :)
