I looked for a 16GIG today and all I saw were 8GIGS.

Radio Shack has the 16gig on sale for around $50. I've seen them for around $30 on Amazon with free shipping.

A GPX file is basically a text document, so by using Notepad or any other text editor you can open the GPX file and see the times. So if you have a GPX file in your computer launch NotePad and make sure you choose "All Files" in the directory and choose the GPX file and you will see the times.
If anyone has a Mac, TextEdit is a master at this. I do all of my altering of GPX files manually using TextEdit. Below is a sample and that is what you will see using NotePad also. If you file comes from USAPhotoMaps is will be cluttered with other useless info also.

Thats a great deal! Sounds like a new model on its wayJust read that REI will once again have the Oregon 450 on sale for $250 from Aug 26-Sep 6. Sorry, can't find a link online but evidently it's listed in their sale flier (haven't gotten mine yet). This would be an all-time low for the Oregon, since the above-mentioned rebate is still in effect, lowering your final price to $200.
[edit]Here's a link to the flier - the Oregon is listed on page 5: http://catalogs.rei.com/WebProject.asp?CodeId=7.5.1.5&cm_mmc=Email_com_gm-_-Digital-_-082411-_-btn_laborSale&siteId=cjIsd2x-it3792&URL=http://catalogs.rei.com/WebProject.asp?CodeId=7.5.1.5&cm_mmc=Email_com_gm-_-Digital-_-082411-_-btn_laborSale&PID=4485850&AID=10456937&cm_mmc=CJ-_-Aff-_-4485850-_-10456937#
