Looks like we may dodge the bullet again and get rain instead of snow this weekend...

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Northwest winds are expected to gust to 40 to 50 mph Thursday into
Thursday evening, and a Wind Advisory may be needed.

For Saturday through Saturday night, a period of accumulating snow
is probable for much of the area. However, milder air moving in will
result in a change to a wintry mix then rain from southeast to
northwest. Less snow and more rain is anticipated for portions of
far southern New Jersey, Delaware and Marylands Eastern Shore. The
actual details and impacts however remain less certain, however if
you will be traveling across the region keep up to date on the latest
forecast.

Was just heading out to setup the generator here, after a half-hour outage with estimated repair time tomorrow noon... when all of a sudden everything came back on! Hope it holds up, am finishing up a new bunch of map tiles for upload soon.

Having some very intense wind here, went out for a walk but cut it short because the trees were bending a little too much. ;) Another nice cedar snapped off down by the creek. Looked fine on the outside, but all hollowed out inside by some kind of insect. Have lost quite a few this way over the past 12 years.

Rather than making another post I will just put it here. We were passing through the Buckingham area and a car was coming towards us and flagged us down. Two woman and a man who spoke Spanish and were lost. She handed me her phone and it was searches for Pasadena Woodmansie Road. I kept asking them if that is where they wanted to go and finally the man shook his head yes. So I turned around and took them there. In the end I am not even sure that is where they wanted to go. They seemed confused.

We had an hour of torrential rain today and two hours of rain. My mom a few towns away had nothing.

We didn't get anything yesterday, is getting very dry here. But I couldn't care less about my so-called "lawn", moss is gradually taking it over. Have only needed to mow once so far this season. You can't see my house from the road, so Fedex/UPS drivers and I are the only ones that ever see it. :D

It drizzled in the morning yesterday while we were in the woods. Nothing since that here.
