Well, we shall see…. this morning they have revised the snow totals downward here. Now it is "only" 10 to 14 inches. :)

Same here, glad I only bought a dozen eggs :D Some forecasts show us with a max of 12". What we had overnight is very light stuff, the leaf blower kind. Hope it stays that way.

Well, it didn't stay that way. Heart attack snow now falling.

It snowed lightly for an hour or two this morning and left a dusting. Light rain mist for awhile, now nothing and the temperature is in the upper 30's. Guess the real fun won't start until tonight. :)

There are 4 lows spinning around south of us, I guess if they get together stuff will happen. Check the weather underground wundermap; they did a nice job with their latest update. Don't know if this link will work.

Yeah, it had dropped back to 10-14 inches when I checked early this morning. Has not changed since then.

Prepped and tested the generator and snow thrower. The genny started right up but the snow thrower was a pain. After a few tries, I put it inside to warm up, cleaned the carb, put in a new spark plug. Started right up and is running fine. Gotta say… WHO designs those plastic interlocking covers for the engine and drive train? They are such a pain to take apart and fit back together. :argh:

Rain just started turning to snow, but I'm ready, all stocked up on everything. :)

006.JPG I guess DEP puts out that bulletin to remind DOT. Now if the pay attention is another story.

Went to the Pic for BOGO wings this afternoon. Slush everywhere. 27 degrees in Nacle now, streets will freeze.

The numbers have been ratcheted way down for us Southerners. I am right on the border between 4"-6" and 6"-8". Have been watching this on radar on and off all evening and the storm has not come here yet. It stopped snowing shortly after 3:00 PM and never started back up. Light dusting on the grass but nothing on the driveway. Looks like some light stuff might be headed this way over the next hour.
