This is going to be an interesting week for weather, sunny tomorrow and then cooling way down with high probabilities of rain. The remnants of hurricane Debby are supposed to move through here later in the week, so we might be looking at lots of rain. Just heard it's expected to move slow and could dump as much as 30 inches on parts of the Southern states. :siren:

It rained hard for a while at my place, but I see in online photos that a few miles north of me had some serious flooding on at least one road.

Nothing at all here. Around 9:00 last night some thunder shook the house, I saw the storm on radar pretty far to the North but figured it was coming here. Never happened though. Just went out for a morning walk and stayed a little too long, got soaked walking back to the house in the rain. But it's all good. :)

We have passed the 8/6 amount already today. Almost 4 inches this week.

Not a drop of rain here all day yesterday, Debby was way West of us, looked it like pretty much completely missed the Pines on radar. Went out for a morning walk but came back in around 11:30 because the wind was whipping the trees around a little too much for comfort. A lot of leaves came off the trees and some small sticks/branches but nothing major. Took another walk late afternoon, still a nice refreshing breeze but the gusts were less intense.

Saw a thin line of storms down in Delaware when I went to bed, guess it came through overnight because everything was wet this morning. All together we've had some rain over the past few days but not a lot. Nice morning here now.

Since midnight we have received .47 inches. For the week it has been over 4 inches. It looks like some area's around me got quite a bit more during the night.

We got just over an inch in Mount Laurel and a big difference in East Burlington County.
BTW, The 2.93” on the map was measured in Columbus.

As that map shows, it's been dry down here in Atlantic County. We had some light rain late morning yesterday, less than 1/4 inch, that's all we've had here for awhile. The NWS really got the forecast wrong here yesterday, they said a high of 82 but I noticed it was only 69 degrees driving down Route 40 around 1:30 in the afternoon. It never got out of the 70's all day, and they were also wrong about wind gusts up to 20 mph but in actuality, there was almost no wind at all.
