Al, it worked! Both with my 60cs and Oregon 450 gpx files. Basecamp will not open the saved Easy GPS gpx file but will display it on the map. It must be stripping stuff from the Garmin file such as height, date, bearing..... If any one wants to download Easy GPS, go directly to the source...

It sure is purty, and such an effective way to convey your hike. I will try Easy GPS, I've used it before. I tried to put tracks from both my Oregon 450 and 60CS, which differ slightly, but neither works. The 450 tracks contain alot of info: 1 10 ft 13 ft 0:00:11 0.8 mph 155.5° true 1/31/2012...
