That's a damn shame. :( I'll never forget looking for the canal near Lower Mill with him, and visiting the roadbed of the Kinkora Railroad. He was sharp as a tack and had plenty of stories to share. I am honored to have been able to spend the day with him.

My first trip on the Oswego was a disaster. I did not have an easy time with the kayak and fell behind. Fortunately I seem to be doing much better at it now. I can really blaze a trail with Gabe's kayak.
