I grew up in Cape May. We didn't include much outside of Cape May County as South Jersey. Some people included Atlantic City. :) I now use I-195. If one "extends" the road to the coast, that seems to be an acceptable dividing line. Perfect? No.

There's another track in Vineland. Not nearly the size of Atco, but it is abandoned. It is fun to take a lap every now and then.

When I look at Google Maps, I see a lot of roads named Department of Defense south of Calico-Warren Grove Road. Is the following area open to the public? http://maps.google.com/maps?q=39.70784,-74.42994 It seems to me that at a certain point, Andrews Road perhaps, the area is off limits...

There's one puddle on Stokes that is legendary. Knowing I couldn't go through it on Easter 2003, I turned around . . . and promptly got stuck. A friend of mine apparently got stuck in that puddle later in the day. Mind you, I do not drive any of the big time trucks that some do. I suppose...
