Does anyone know what is "supposed" to happen when the rangers are told not to come to work? Is the public permitted in state parks/forests if the rangers are off duty? Just curious and have not seen it discussed.

Yes, I am talking about NOAA. Bit I have no idea if the office is where the NEXRAD antenna is. The antenna should be BIG. I would like to view this, but do not know if it is at the offices or somewhere else (like out in the middle of nowhere).
