    Lakehurst, home of multiple forges?

Ryan, here is my guess, having lived in Pres. Lakes, Hampton Lakes, Lakehurst, and Bamber (all lake communities): Foam backed up. The foam is the result of the spillway mixing up and aerating the water. Could be wrong of course, but see if it shows up on other ariel servers.

    Another Ride

Boy, I'm really going to miss that bronco showing up 5 minutes late for every PBX outing. Now we'll have to shield our eyes from the glare when the cherokee comes around the corner. :D

    Yosemite is starting to burn

I watched the fire fuel specialist speaking tonite out there. He said that the main problem is wild fire suppression. He went on to say that more prescibed burning is needed (management). These two theories do not exactly oppose each other, but if you rely only on prescribed burning it will...

PS: ask him they can be configured for mosquitos. I'm about done with them.

    Rusted War Veteran?

One would think not, unless they knew Whiting like you and I. There are maybe 600 homes or so in Roosevelt City and Fox Hollow combined. Right across the street from the park, and not a senior community. Well behaved kids in general.

Animal traps in trails behind Waretown lake

Mike: Easily seen from the road? Were they all empty? Was there any food or water dishes in them? Do they look attended? How large were they, what would conveniently fit inside? Was there anything else near them, like black plastic sheeting arranged upright to funnel animals to traps? How did...

    Snake ID please.

Friend found this yesterday. I've narrowed it to a young rat or a northern water snake. Am I far off?

    Day in the Pines

Sounds like a great one Johnnny! Retirement must be the best thing ever. PS: Was Lori familiar with the depth and beauty of the pines before you moved in?

    Rusted War Veteran?

The local kids seem to treat the park with respect. I have no other answer for it. There are a few other vehicles there as well.

    Botany

You are very welcome! If others would like to see it, look on the southwestern side of the Chatsworth dam over 532 (in the grassy area near the road to Parker Preserve).

Yes, var. laciniata (preliminarily, I have not keyed it out yet). It has been delisted too.

:) I knew it was there for a couple years. It's only 2 years old I think. Took my grandson there.

    Rusted War Veteran?

Just busting you guys a bit, see if any of you catch on. I'm sure one or two of you knew what I did. This truck is part of a unique park in Whiting that was created by WWII veterans. It is a small park built into the woods with a few exhibits like this along with some interprative signs. At the...
