ive been told lots of places to see them, but never have, by the way im using a crappy digital camera, what type of camera would anyone recommend for taking pics?
i guess its safe to say herps are gone for the year, i did see a painted,or redbelly the other day, but i think he was the do do of the turtle world, poor guys probable gonna end up a popsicle, :( , best of luck to him, anyone else seen any herps as of late

my dad was on his way to work and saw a monster black ratsnake on the side of the road, he estimated it at almost EIGHT feet, and ive heard from someone else of a sighting of another one that big, has anyone else seen any black ratsnakes even neer this size?
went out to menantico the other day and i found 2 fence lizards, and a black ratsnake which was about 3 1/2 feet long, perfect health, i ran back to get my digital camera (which i finally got) and he was nowhere to be found.

i live in millville and my eastern hognose wont eat anything but toads, (im aware thats its usual diet) but im having trouble finding any at pet stores, and im having trouble finding any toads in the wild.
